Whether you are at work or on the road, you can charge easily with the IP app or RFID card.

1. Plug in your vehicle
Connect the charging cable securely to your car’s port and the station to ensure a solid connection
2. Start the session
Simply open the IP app to authorize the charge, or tap your RFID card on the reader to begin instantly
3. During charging
The charger displays clear light indicators throughout the process, so you always know the live status
4. Unplug and go
End the session via the app or remove the cable once charging stops. You’re now ready to hit the road

Important information about your RFID card
- The RFID card is personal and assigned to you only, it cannot be shared or given to another driver.
- The card will be activated only after it has been delivered to you and confirmed by you.
- If your RFID card is lost or stolen, you must inform IP immediately so we can deactivate it.
