IP holds a deep regulatory understanding, end-to-end execution capabilities including design, EPC, O&M and a bespoke, data-led solution approach for each asset, depending on its consumption profile and usage. IP fully finances projects, without subjecting real estate partners to any of the energy system’s costs. Once the project is complete, the real estate partners become consumers, and benefit from a significant discount and a stronger ESG profile.
The key to a micro-grid success is the ability to integrate different technologies into one centrally managed solution. IP’s one-stop-shop approach is reflected through design to execution. Simultaneously optimizing energy solutions ensures optimal environmental and economic outcomes.
IP’s solutions are affordable to everyone. Our core belief is that real estate owners should optimize their emission profiles; so our solutions are financed by us. Our partners can consume cleaner energy with no financial liability nor regulatory exposure.
IP micro-grid solutions are highly sustainable and transform properties into environmentally friendly assets with stronger ESG profiles. Partners benefit from pure value creation, reduced energy costs and operational improvements.
Every micro-grid solution is different and designed based on asset type, unique consumption profile, and regulatory regime. IP analyzes the consumption profile and creates a tailor-made micro-grid project, adhering to local regulations.
The real estate sector is on the verge of a lifetime revolution. Real estate assets will gradually turn into “prosumers”, producing and consuming energy simultaneously with a clear transition to renewables. IP pioneers the real estate energy revolution, and together with our real estate partners, we are creating a better world.
IP covers all asset classes, including Offices, Hospitality, Logistics, Residential, Retail, Care homes and other alternative assets such as Industrial Factories, Vertical Farming and Data Centres.
