• Download the app and install it on your smartphone.
• Open the app and create an account or log in.
• Find a charging station in the app, connect your vehicle, and start the charging process.

How to charge your car with an IP Innovative Power charger

When the blue light is flashing:
The charger is available, and
waiting to be connected.

Open the charging inlet of the
vehicle and plug in the charging connector.

Then open the charging socket
lid on the wallbox and plug in
the charging connector.

When the blue light is steady:
The car is ready for charging.

Hold a valid RFID card or phone App in front of the RFID module on the housing cover. When the green light flashes, the car is charging.

When the charging procedure is
paused or completed, the green LED is again continuously ON.

If the red light flashes, or steady,
an error has occured – Try again. If the error continues please call our support.
